Kind Technologies was founded by two entrepreneurs who acquired a small technology company. Since then Kind Technologies evolved into a leading Dutch, IP focused AgTech group of 150 people, active worldwide. Each one of them takes leadership, initiative, and ownership within their role. This is crucial because sustainable growth can only be accomplished with the right people and with the right mindset. That’s why we always strive to create an environment that is based on transparency and trust.

Dynamic and growing organization

People at Kind Technologies might change their course as their interests or circumstances change. As a growing, dynamic, and scaling organization, our processes and systems need to be constantly updated and adapted.

Processes, systems, and policies can be invented, defined, and implemented by our people to improve their work. We believe that by improving processes and work, the collective company professionalizes as well. Therefore, not all things are fixed, so you have a great deal of influence over the process and outcome. Initiatives are always encouraged.
